Do you ship worldwide and how much does it cost?
We are delighted to offer free worldwide delivery on all of our regular products to all major destinations, so the price that you see is the price that you pay, no hidden fees.
Can I track the status of my order?
All of our orders are shipped with tracking codes so you know where your order is at all times. You can track the status of your order HERE.
How long does shipping usually take?
We take about 2–5 business days to print apparel products (t-shirts, etc.) and 2–5 business days for non-apparel products (posters, etc.). Then you should add shipping times on top of that.
Speed and price depends on product type and destination. Typically, orders to the USA & EU have 3-5 days shipping time.
97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less
In the unlikely event that your order takes significantly longer than the times stated above please contact us and we will resolve the issue for you.
Where do you ship from?
We ship from multiple locations as it allows you to get the best price and the fastest delivery. If you're ordering from North America - the majority of our stuff is printed & shipped from California. If you ordering from the the EU, we print & ship our stuff from Estonia.
Some of our goods also come from Asian manufactures as it's the only place we can source them. If you have a specific request just drop us a mail and we'll let you know asap!

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to many, many customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
All items can be refunded within 30 days of receiving the order. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Please send us an email directly to Support@KpopWarehouse.com to notify us that you'd like a refund.
Please retain the original delivery packaging, i.e padded envelope or box with address label still attached. Please note this MUST be provided for us to issue a refund in any circumstances.
Once your return is received and checked, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will do this whether or not we are able to give you a refund.
If your refund is approved (please see the exemptions and exceptions below), then a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 working days.
If you would prefer to exchange your order for another item, as long as it is in stock we will send it to you usually within 5 working days of receiving your return. If your requested item is not in stock, we will contact you to discuss your options.
We recommend that you return the goods in appropriate packaging, use a ‘signed for’ delivery method and obtain proof of postage. Do not destroy or dispose of any product, even if it is faulty, before arrangements have been discussed with us.
Unfortunately, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
EXEMPTIONS AND EXCEPTIONS
Unfortunately, we are not able to refund sale items. All sales made on discounted items (excluding offers claimed with a valid discount code) are final.
